TYPE O NEGATIVE Demo More Material, Prepare To Record New CD
June 15, 2002TYPE O NEGATIVE have finished demoing two more original compositions and an as-yet-undisclosed cover song for the group's forthcoming full-length album, tentatively due on October 29th through Roadrunner Records. The group had previously recorded nine songs during the pre-production process for the upcoming CD, among them "Nettie", "I Like Girls", "Valentine's Day", "I Need Love", "Anesthesia", "Why Won't You Love Me", "Above All Things", and "Life Is Killing Me".
TYPE O NEGATIVE are hoping to enter Systems 2 studios in Brooklyn, New York before the end of the month to begin recording the as-yet-untitled effort, which will once again be produced by keyboardist Josh Silver.
In related news, TYPE O NEGATIVE drummer Johnny Kelly will perform with his LED ZEPPELIN cover band called EARL'S COURT at Wicked Monk bar in Brooklyn, New York on Saturday, June 29th.
